The apps download for free and while you must put up with ad insertion, they work. The web application is chock-a-block with adware, so if one were using it all the time, I can certainly see the value proposition behind a subscription. It looks to me like the Fotor folks have put together a decent service that will definitely appeal to people whose use cases have these needs. As a professional creative, there is nothing here that I cannot do with the tools I already have, and I am not personally enthused about paying for a subscription to remove adware and nagware. I love love love fotor! There are so many great things about it but I'm going to review the Android app. They not only have ways to edit photos but they have regular collages and magazine type collages.

The only thing I didn't like is that it needs 800x800 to work, so some of my photos on my phone don't meet that criteria. So I can't edit some of my photos using fotor without probably taking a screenshot of it and maybe that will be the correct file size.

I use fotor to edit my photos as a producer, and album arts or arts for my instagram, and also arts for my electronic music youtube channel, I use fotor because it's easy, on the web, and sometimes I don't even need to download any photo to include it on the website, and I also like it because it has some possibilities of beautification when I edit my personal photos, like stain remover etc.

What I really don't like about the app, is that besides the variety of possibilities of things, there are very few effects available in the free version, for example when I want black and white photos, I can't because fotor does not provide this simple effect for free.

I paid to use the service for 1 year. i didnt realize it was on auto renew. so the other day i received a payment notification and I immediately emailed fotor asking them to cancel as i no longer use the site and to refund the charge. they refused. disgusting

I started fotor because I have two screens, I always leave a web page open on one of my screens and since then I use this tool for filters that are egornomic and fast. For example, not long ago I used fotor a lot to add a filter on nft mockups.

What bothers me about fotor is the premium that quickly takes you by the hand to show you that there is a lot of content available only by subscription. After that it's a very simplistic tool that is not revolutionary.

I was looking for a way to change a colour from greyscale or black and white, with a gradient leading to full colour, without using photoshop. The free trial of fotor and their 'colour splash' feature was exactly what I needed. It was easy to use and looks great! ff782bc1db
