Terms of Ownership and Use of NFT
The NFTs minted by Gede Austana aka Fotogede (referred to as the “Author”) is the display of an image taken with an analog film camera, digital camera or digital scanning device (collectively referred to as “Camera”) and may be digitally edited using licensed photo editing software. The resulting or final image file (referred to as “image”) is solely the copyright and intellectual property of the Author unless otherwise stated. The NFTs may be minted (created) as either a singular edition (known as 1/1) or as a limited or open edition set (referred to as “Edition”), and will collectively be referred to as “NFT”. Ownership of the NFT refers to the proven acquisition and containment of the NFT in the users “wallet" at the time of usage, claim or dispute.
The image displayed as the NFT is considered a work of art for the purpose of personal/creative expression of the Author and is not intended for commercial use by the owner of the NFT. The subject matter of this image may not reflect the personal, political or religious views of the Author. The Author claims no ownership or association with any of the subject matter unless otherwise stated and all third-party copyrights remain accordingly with their appropriate owners. The Author of this image takes no responsibility for any liability or damages resulting from viewing this image or ownership of this NFT. Ownership of this NFT does not mean ownership of any or all subject matter or intellectual property displayed within it.
The holder of this NFT is free to display privately and in groups, including virtual galleries, social media, documentaries, and essays authored by the holder of this NFT, with the creator being clearly credited. The holder has no rights for any commercial use otherwise, including but not limited to use in commercial merchandise, commercial distribution/redistribution, or derivative works. This license is held and transferred with ownership of the NFT and is not valid without such. Any usage without direct ownership of the NFT or prior written consent from the creator is strictly prohibited. Copyright remains with the creator.
