This Privacy Policy explains how FotoCam Pro: HD Camera ("FotoCam Pro", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by Qzee Game developer account, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using FotoCam Pro, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Camera:
FotoCam Pro accesses your device camera only when you choose to capture a new photo or video inside the App. Captured content is processed and stored on your device and is not uploaded to our servers without your action.
Microphone:
Microphone access is used only while recording a video with audio inside the App. Audio is not stored on our servers or uploaded without your action.
Photos and Videos:
FotoCam Pro accesses photos and videos stored on your device only when you choose to select them for editing or building a collage. These files are processed on-device and are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
Device and App Information:
We may automatically collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and crash/performance data to help us maintain and improve the App.
3. Log Data
Like most apps, FotoCam Pro may collect data and information (through third-party services) such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other diagnostic data when you use the App.

FotoCam Pro requests the following device permissions:
CAMERA — required to capture photos and videos directly inside the App. Camera content is processed on-device and is not stored or uploaded without your action.
RECORD_AUDIO — required only while recording a video with audio. Audio is not stored or uploaded without your action.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+) — required to access image files on your device for editing, filters, and collage creation.
READ_MEDIA_VIDEO (Android 13+) — required to access video files on your device for playback, selection, or editing.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below) — required to access photos and videos stored on external storage for editing.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below) — required to save your edited photos, videos, and collages to your device.
7. Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), to provide the App on our behalf, to perform App-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our App is used. These third parties have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
8. Advertising
FotoCam Pro may display ads served through third-party advertising networks listed in Section 5. These networks may use device identifiers and other non-personally-identifiable information to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. You can review and manage your ad personalization settings through your device's operating system settings.
9. On-Device Processing & Data Minimization
Photos, videos, and camera captures you create or edit within FotoCam Pro are processed directly on your device. We do not upload, store, or retain copies of your personal photos or videos on our servers.
10. How We Protect Your Information
We value your trust in providing us your information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Data transmitted by the App (such as diagnostic and advertising data) is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information, and the right to object to certain processing.
