Hello everyone, I'm Bailey Turner, and I'm thrilled to be the head coach and director of the Fossil Ridge Rec teams this upcoming season. With 11 years of coaching experience in Colorado, I've achieved a State Championship, multiple state runner-up titles, and consistent appearances in state finals. My coaching journey also extends beyond state-level achievements, as I've guided several teams to the NHSCC finals in Orlando! Additionally, my choreography has earned a State Championship and several state finalist spots in Colorado, and I'm looking forward to choreographing routines nationwide this year as a V!ROC choreographer. As an athlete, I was part of a State Championship team in high school and later cheered at the NCAA DI level for Colorado State University. Beyond my roles as a coach, choreographer, and athlete, I've also had the unique opportunity to judge cheerleading competitions at regional, national, and international levels. Some of my most thrilling moments as a judge include judging at UCA Nationals in Orlando, FL, NCA Nationals in Dallas, TX, and the British Cheerleading Association's national competition in Telford, England. When I'm not involved in cheerleading, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three little ones, but let's be honest—cheerleading is always on my mind! I can't wait to coach the Jr. Sabercats!
