Research Impact

The Division for Research Development (DRD) in collaboration with the University Museum will host the Forward with Research Impact series at the museum. This is a follow-up on the museum's Forward Fridays programme and will consist of a series of lunch time conversations / talks that will focus on the University's core strategic theme Research for Impact. The talks will be held between 13:00 - 14:00 at the Old Main Building (Ou Hoof Gebou), Ryneveld Street , Stellenbosch. Click here for the programme.

Research for Impact at SU implies optimising the scientific, economic, social, scholarly and cultural impact of our research. Our focus is on interdisciplinary research that benefits society on a national, continental and global scale. At the same time, we are committed to basic and disciplinary research excellence, as it forms the basis for applied and translational research.
