Its very important to recognize the signs of mental burn out. Recharging your mental batteries can be easy as:
Taking a walk
Sipping a warm beverage
Squeezing a stress ball
Taking deep breaths
Talking to a trusted person
Watching a favourite comedy
Listening to your favourite song on repeat
Good mental health means eating well. Try to eat healthy as your diet can boost your emotional wellbeing.
Eat fruits and vegetables daily. Drink water instead of pop.
GET MOVING!!! Physical activity releases endorphins that affect your mental state positively. Here are some easy activities to try:
Go for a run
Yoga
Weightlifting
Take your dog for a walk
Go swimming
Put on your favourite music and dance
REMEMBER TO GET ENOUGH SLEEP! Recharging your mind requires that you rest well.
Trouble sleeping?
Put on some soothing music
Drink something warm
Put away the cellphone!
Turn the TV off
