Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Hidden Symbols ("Game") and the relationship between you ("User" or "Player") and the creator of the Game ("Creator")

1. General Provisions and Game Model

• Game Description: Hidden Symbols is a minimalist puzzle game designed for mobile devices.

• Try & Buy Model: The Game is distributed on a "Try & Buy" basis. Players can access a limited number of levels for free. The full game can be unlocked via a single, one-time in-app purchase (no subscription required).

2. Payments and Refunds

• Payment Processor: All transactions, including the in-app purchase to unlock the full version, are processed and handled exclusively by Google Ireland Limited (via the Google Play Store).

• Refund Policy: Any refund requests must be submitted to and processed in accordance with the official Google Play Refund Policy.

3. No Guarantee of Perpetual Support & Discontinuation (IMPORTANT)

• The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 

• No Perpetual Support: The Creator does not guarantee that the Game will be supported, updated, or maintained indefinitely. There is no guarantee that future updates of mobile operating systems (such as future Android versions) or new devices will be compatible with the Game.

• Right to Discontinue: The Creator reserves the right to cease support, stop releasing updates, or entirely withdraw the Game from the Google Play Store (Discontinuation of Service) at any time, for any reason, without liability or any obligation to provide refunds or compensation, except where required by applicable law

4. Intellectual Property and License

• Ownership: The Creator owns or has obtained the necessary rights to use the Game and its content. Certain third-party software, music, symbols, fonts, and other assets are used under their respective licenses. Ownership of such third-party materials remains with their respective copyright holders. Information about third-party software and licenses is available in the Credits section of the Game.

• License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Game.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

• The Creator does not directly collect, store, or process personal data through the Game. 

• The Game may communicate with official Google Play Services solely to verify licenses and in-app purchases. Such communication is handled by Google Play Services in accordance with Google's own privacy policies. 

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to device malfunctions, software crashes, or loss of local save data.

7. Changes to these Terms

• The Creator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

• Termination of License: The Creator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license to use the Game if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete all copies in your possession. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
