This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Hidden symbols (hereinafter "the Game") for Android devices, developed by Usługi IT Michał Różycki (hereinafter "the Developer").
1. Data Collection and Processing
Core Gameplay: The game is primarily an offline application. Gameplay data, such as game saves and progress, is stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to servers operated by the Developer.
In-App Purchases: The Game operates on a "Try & Buy" model, allowing players to access a portion of the Game for free and unlock the full version via a one-time in-app purchase. All financial transactions are processed exclusively by the Google Play Store billing system (Google Play Billing). The Developer does not receive, process, or store payment card details or financial information. All purchase transactions are handled by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Purchase Analytics: The Game uses Google Firebase Analytics to record an analytics event when an in-app purchase is completed.The Game sends a purchase event to Firebase Analytics. The Developer does not set or transmit a User ID, email address, name, phone number, payment card information, or other directly identifying information through Firebase Analytics. Firebase Analytics may nevertheless automatically collect certain technical, device, application, and usage information associated with the event, such as an app instance identifier, device information, operating system information, and information about interaction with the Game. This information is processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies. The Developer uses this information solely to understand purchase activity and evaluate the performance of the Game.
2. Third-Party Services
The Game utilizes third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and services to monitor application performance, analyze user engagement, track in-app purchases, and ensure stability. These service providers may automatically collect certain technical data and identifiers from your device.
The Game does not contain advertisements.
The third-party service providers used in the Game include:

The Developer does not directly control the technical data independently collected and processed by these third-party providers. Such information is handled by the respective providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, we process your personal technical data based on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Performance of a Contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): Required to deliver in-app purchases and process transactions via Google Play Billing.
Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): Necessary for our legitimate interests to maintain, analyze, and optimize application stability, performance, and commercial viability via analytics.
4. Children's Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is suitable for players of all ages. The Game is not intentionally directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions), and the Developer does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Data collected via automated third-party services (such as Firebase) is used strictly for technical analytics, stability, and operational purposes.
5. Data Retention
Analytics data collected via Google Firebase Analytics is retained in accordance with Google's default retention policies (typically up to 14 months) and is automatically deleted thereafter. Gameplay progress data stored locally on your device remains stored until you delete the Game or clear the application data.
6. User Rights and Data Deletion
If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data under the GDPR:
The right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data.
The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data.
The right to data portability.
The right to lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority (e.g., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office / UODO in Poland).
How to exercise your rights:
Local Data: Game progress and other gameplay data stored locally on your device can be permanently removed by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the Game.
Analytics Data: The Developer does not maintain user accounts or personal databases from which individual users' Firebase Analytics data can be manually identified. Requests concerning data processed by Google services, including requests relating to access or deletion, should be directed to Google in accordance with Google's privacy policies and procedures.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be made available by publishing the updated version directly on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date.
