This Privacy Policy applies to the FortuneView app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Rapekumgap Koleahutm (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service.
This service is provided for use “AS IS.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not directly collect, store, or maintain any personal user information.
FortuneView requests public draw result data from a remote server solely to display publicly available information.
The Service Provider does not require user accounts and does not store user identities, profiles, or usage history on its own servers.
However, the Application integrates the Facebook SDK for the purpose of measuring application installs and basic in-app events.
These events are used only for aggregated analytics and performance measurement.
The Application itself does not have access to personally identifiable information collected by Facebook.
All data processing related to Facebook services is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
The Application:
• Does not require account registration or login
• Does not collect names, email addresses, or contact details
• Does not collect precise location information
• Does not store user data on its own servers
Third-Party Access
The Application does not use advertising networks or sell user data.
The Application uses the Facebook SDK to measure app installs and basic usage events.
This may allow Meta Platforms, Inc. to collect certain device or usage information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
In addition, the Application uses open-source libraries strictly to support core functionality, including:

• Kotlin Coroutines
• MPAndroidChart
• WorkManager
• Google Accompanist
These libraries do not collect personal data on behalf of the Service Provider.
Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of Facebook analytics and personalized ads through your device settings
or by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook account.
Since the Application does not store user data, uninstalling the Application will remove all locally stored information.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not store, back up, or retain any user data.
Upon uninstalling the Application, all locally stored temporary data will be removed from the device.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
The Application does not use the Facebook SDK to target or profile children.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal data of a child under 13 has been collected by a third-party service, reasonable steps will be taken to request deletion in accordance with applicable policies.

Since the Application does not collect or store user data, no information is transmitted or processed on external servers.
