Fortune Lord Spin Terms of Use
1. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the service known as Fortune Lord Spin, including but not limited to all software code, visual assets, character designs, audio elements, user interfaces, and the overall compilation of content, are the exclusive property of the licensor or its affiliates. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Fortune Lord Spin, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept all terms and conditions contained herein, you are prohibited from using the application. We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the application interface with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Service Use and Restrictions
Your access to and use of the application is conditional upon your compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. 4. Account Termination and Data
We reserve the unilateral right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to Fortune Lord Spin, without prior notice or liability, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be a violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination of service, your right to use the application will cease immediately. We may retain or delete your associated data at our discretion, except where we are required to retain such information by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use Fortune Lord Spin. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a designated jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to a mandatory good-faith negotiation period between the parties. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
