These are my terms of service! This means these are more or less a set of rules/guidelines that I follow in order to do business/keep my sanity.
If you do not feel like we can adhere to these, then I will have to decline, sorry!
If these are broken at any point during service (your commission) then the order will be cancelled and you will be blacklisted, no exceptions.
While the skins/textures you receive in-world may be copy/mod, they will be NO TRANSFER. Anyone found to be ripping, copybotting, or saving any textures with the intent to resell or hand out will be blacklisted.
Account info receiving custom work will be recorded/kept on file. This is to ensure/remind me who has usage of custom work.
Images of your mod may be posted by me on any platform(s) of my choice. It is purely for the advertisement of my talent/services.
Any watermarks are to remain on any given piece of work.
◦Must provide proof of any design/OC references; failure to do so will resort in blacklisting.
I will not make skins/textures to match other people's work. Contact/commission them! If they deny you, they have their reasons, but I cannot/will not try to match work that is not my own.
If you change your mind/decide to go with another content creator/I have to end up terminating your commission (because of a broken ToS), you will be subjected to cancellation fees (taken from your deposit), depending on how much work has been done.
I am to be paid in full up front. If a payment plan is agreed upon, then the completed work will be provided after the final payment.
Up to date reference(s) are REQUIRED, with a preference for front and back views. If you do not have a back view and need me to design one, then you will be charged extra! Work is based purely on the reference(s) provided, anything aside from color or seam correction is subjected to additional fees that must be paid in order to recieve your custom work!
WIPs will be provided from the beginning of the project, as well as throughout the creation process. If changes from your reference need to be made for SL's sake, they will be discussed/explained to you (i.e. UV issues, areas prone to warping/bleeding, crowding, etc)
After completion/uploading is done, ANY changes requested afterword will be subjected to additional fees. At this point, you would have already been asked if everything is alright, so if you agree and I finish the project and then you have any changes other than perhaps seams, there will be a fee of $5/L$1000 per change. This is non-negotiable.
Most work is completed within a week, depending on difficulty. If your custom takes longer than one month (31 days), then you may request a refund. A full refund will be given if work on it has not begun; otherwise a partial refund will be given, depending on how much has been completed.
If a partial refund is given, single layer files will be made available to you (i.e. png or tga of what's been done)
PSDs/files are typically not available. If you decide to get a refund, or wish to have another artist take on your custom work, discussions will be made between me and said artist to determine how to proceed and whether or not I wish to provide them my files.
