The Craig Spotlighters have been competing since 2004. They are located in Janesville, WI, and compete at competitions all over the Midwest. "Gold" takes audiences on a captivating journey, starting with the Wild West Gold Rush, where the quest for wealth brought both fortune and peril, as the search for gold led to life-changing opportunities—and deadly consequences. The show then transitions to modern times, exploring how gold still represents both success and risk, from the dazzling "bling" of luxury to its dark history of greed and exploitation, reminding us that the pursuit of gold has always been as dangerous as it is desirable.
