The Pineview neighbourhood was built from 1970 to the mid 1990's and aligns with the the Fort Saskatchewan Municipal Development Plan in all criteria for established neighbourhoods. Residents maximize the use of existing infrastructure.
Previous growth stagnation in the neighbourhood stopped in 2017. In 2018 49% of the neighbourhood saw population growth and is naturally regenerating its population base as families are moving from other congested neighbourhoods and see affordable homes and less crowding in this highly desired established neighbourhood.
