About formula apterous

Formula Apterous is a tournament on apterous designed to simulate the 2025 Formula One World Championship. If you don't know what apterous is, then this website isn't for you and frankly I've no idea how you got here. No offence but go away, please.

It was designed, is run by, and even competed in (!) by T Potts, an apterous resident and sentient teapot who enjoys Formula 1, spreadsheets, the Oxford comma, and conundrums. T also serves as the FIA (Federation Internationale de l'Apterous), Potterelli tyre manufacturer, stewards' room, judge, jury, and executioner. Obviously no copyright infringement is intended on actual Formula 1 stuff; don't be silly.

Tournament rounds last for one week and always finish on the day of the actual Formula 1 event that is being simulated. Please find our fancy and needlessly complicated regulations below if you are nerdy enough to care. You can also find all the spreadsheets and stuff in this folder.
