Tracking Modifications & Accommodations with Google Sheets & Forms

Purpose

It's important to track any modifications or accommodations that your students are actively using in class. This data collection can be helpful when revising IEPs by showing supports that should be maintained, added, or removed. An all-in-one Google Form with an attached Google Sheet is an efficient way to collect data in one place for all your students!

Objectives

Build a Google Form to collect modification or accommodation data for all your students
Code a Google Sheet formatted to track individual students
Create visuals to showcase the most commonly used supports to bring into a meeting
