When you use the conversion features (e.g., DOCX → PDF, MOV → MP4), you select and upload files to the App.
Processing: The files are processed either entirely on your device (if conversion is performed locally) or on our own secure servers (if server‑side conversion is needed).
Retention: Uploaded files are kept only for the duration of the conversion. Once the conversion is complete, both the original and the resulting files are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. No copies are retained.
No access to content: We do not read, analyse, or use the content of your files for any purpose other than performing the conversion you requested.
1.2 Technical Data (Non‑identifying)
To improve the App’s performance and stability, we may collect minimal technical information that does not identify you personally:
Device model, OS version, App version;
Conversion type and size (aggregated, not linked to any user);
Success/failure status and basic error logs (without file names or content).
This data is used only for internal troubleshooting and service improvement. It is never shared with third parties.
1.3 Contact Information (if you choose to provide it)
If you contact us via email or the in‑App feedback form, we may collect your email address and the message content solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for marketing.
To perform the file conversions you request.
To monitor and improve the App’s reliability and performance.

To detect and prevent misuse or unauthorised access.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data or file contents with any external parties.
No third‑party services: We do not use any external APIs, SDKs, or cloud services for conversion or analytics. All processing is done on our own infrastructure or locally on your device.
Transmission: All file transfers are encrypted using TLS/SSL.
Access control: Only authorised personnel may access server logs for maintenance, and they are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Data location: Servers (if used) are located in secure data centres with industry‑standard protections. Temporary files are automatically purged after conversion.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no online transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for not uploading files that contain highly sensitive or legally protected information.
No account required: The App does not require registration. Therefore, we do not store any personal profile information.
Deletion: Your uploaded files are automatically deleted after conversion. You can also manually delete them from your device before uploading.
Withdraw consent: You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. This will prevent any further data collection.
The App is not directed at children under 14 (or the applicable age of majority). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has used the App and uploaded personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this policy occasionally. Any material changes will be notified via an in‑App notice. The revised policy will take effect on the date posted. Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
