This policy explains how Formhaus Games ("we", "us"), a trading name of Vanguard Management (CVR 44800160), 6470 Sydals, Denmark, handles information in our mobile games.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress, coins, purchases and settings (sound, music, vibration and theme) are stored only on your device. We do not run our own servers and we do not ask you to create an account.
Advertising
Our games show advertisements through Google AdMob, which works with advertising partners such as Unity Ads. To show and measure ads, these companies may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system, approximate location and how you interact with ads. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the game or in your device settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Analytics
We may collect anonymous gameplay statistics (for example which levels are started and completed) to improve our games. This information is not used to identify you.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
You can ask us about your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us. Because game data is stored on your device, you can also delete it at any time by uninstalling the game.
