This Privacy Policy explains what information the FormFit mobile application
("FormFit", "the app", "we", "us", "our") handles, how it is handled, and the
choices and rights you have. By downloading or using FormFit you agree to this
Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY

- The photos, signatures and PDF files you open in FormFit are resized,
cropped, compressed and validated entirely on your device. We never upload
them, store them on any server, or transmit them to us or to any third
party.
- FormFit has no user accounts. You do not create a profile, and you do not
sign in.
- Your processed-file "History" and your app settings are stored only in local
storage on your device.
- FormFit is free to use and is supported by advertising provided by Google
AdMob. AdMob and the Google Play Billing service used for optional in-app
purchases process some technical and advertising data as described below.
- You can control personalised advertising and, where required, are shown a
consent choice. Buying any FormFit Pro plan removes all ads.
- FormFit is not directed to children under 18.

2. INFORMATION FORMFIT DOES NOT COLLECT

FormFit performs all image and document processing locally on your device using
on-device libraries. We do NOT collect, upload, transmit, sell, or retain on
our own servers any of the following:
- The images, photographs, signatures, scans or PDF documents you select,
capture, draw, or generate in the app.
- The output files FormFit produces (resized photos, cleaned signatures,
compressed or converted PDFs).
- The contents of your device gallery, camera roll, file storage or documents.
- Your name, address, phone number, email address, government identifiers
(such as Aadhaar, PAN, roll numbers) or any other personal identifier that
may appear inside the files you process.
- Location data collected by us (FormFit itself does not request or use GPS or
precise location).
Files you choose are held only in device memory and in your device's private
application storage for the duration needed to process, preview, save or share
them, and in the local History feature until you delete them or clear History.

3. INFORMATION HANDLED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES INSIDE THE APP

FormFit includes software development kits (SDKs) and services operated by
Google LLC. These services may collect and process limited technical data
directly from your device. We do not receive your files through any of them.
3.1 Google AdMob (advertising)
FormFit displays banner, interstitial, rewarded and app-open ads through
Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. AdMob may collect and process:
- Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and, where applicable, an
app-set ID and similar device identifiers.
- Approximate, coarse location derived from your IP address (not GPS).
- Ad interaction data (ads served, viewed, clicked; rewarded-ad completions).
- App activity and usage events relevant to ad delivery and measurement.
- Device and connection information (device model, operating system version,
language, mobile network / carrier, screen size, IP address).
- Diagnostic and crash information related to ad serving.
This data is used by Google to serve ads (personalised or non-personalised
depending on your consent and settings), to measure ad performance, to limit
the number of times you see an ad, and to detect invalid or fraudulent
activity. Google acts as an independent controller for this data.

3.2 Google Play Billing / in-app purchases
Optional "FormFit Pro" purchases (a one-time Lifetime Pass and a 24-Hour Pass)
are processed by Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment and
purchase details. FormFit does not receive or store your payment card or bank
information. FormFit stores locally on your device only a flag indicating
whether a Pro entitlement is active and, for the 24-Hour Pass, its expiry
time. Purchases are tied to your Google account by Google, not by FormFit.

3.3 Google Play Services / Google Mobile Ads consent (UMP)
Where required by law (for example for users in the European Economic Area, the
United Kingdom or Switzerland), the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform
to present a consent choice before personalised ads are requested. Your consent
choices are stored on your device by the Google UMP SDK. You can change them
later from Settings > "Ad privacy settings" inside the app.
3.4 Google Fonts
The app loads the "Inter" typeface at runtime from Google Fonts
(fonts.gstatic.com). This request sends your device's IP address and standard
request headers to Google. No other data is sent, and the font is cached on
your device after first download.

3.5 Google ML Kit (on-device background cleanup)
The optional "AI background" feature uses Google ML Kit Selfie Segmentation,
which runs entirely on your device. Your photo is not sent to Google for this
feature. The first time the feature is used, the segmentation model may be
downloaded from Google's servers; that download request includes standard
device and app information but not your images.

3.6 Diagnostics and crash data
Google Play and the Google SDKs above may collect crash logs, stack traces and
basic diagnostic information to keep the app and ads working correctly. This
does not include the contents of your files.

4. DEVICE PERMISSIONS AND HOW THEY ARE USED

FormFit requests only the permissions needed for its features:
- Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): only when you choose "Take Photo" to
capture a photo or signature. Images are used on-device and not uploaded.
- Photos and media / storage read (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on
older Android versions): only to let you pick an existing photo or PDF, and
to read a file you select.
- Storage write (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, Android 9 and below only): to save a
finished file to your device.
- Save to gallery: to place a finished photo or signature into a "FormFit"
album in your gallery when you tap "Save to Gallery".
- Internet (android.permission.INTERNET) and network state: used only by the
advertising, billing, consent, font and model-download services described in
section 3. FormFit does not use the internet to send your files anywhere.
- Billing (com.android.vending.BILLING): to offer optional in-app purchases
through Google Play.
You can revoke runtime permissions at any time in your device Settings; some
features will then be unavailable.

5. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

- To provide the core features you request: resizing, cropping, framing,
rotating, enhancing, background cleanup, compression, format conversion,
validation, saving and sharing of photos, signatures and PDFs - all on your
device.
- To keep a local History of files you have prepared, so you can re-share them.
- To display and measure advertising, and to cap ad frequency (Google AdMob).
- To sell and deliver optional FormFit Pro entitlements and to suppress ads for
Pro users (Google Play Billing).
- To obtain and record advertising consent where legally required (Google UMP).
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse of ads, and diagnose crashes.

6. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (EEA / UK USERS)

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our and Google's
legal bases are:
- Performance of a contract: providing the app's features you request and
processing your in-app purchases.
- Consent: personalised advertising and any associated identifiers/location,
collected through the consent choice presented in the app. You may withdraw
consent at any time via Settings > "Ad privacy settings".
- Legitimate interests: non-personalised advertising, frequency capping,
security, fraud prevention, and keeping the app and ads functioning.

7. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your files with
anyone. Technical and advertising data described in section 3 is processed by
Google LLC and its advertising partners as independent controllers for the
purposes stated. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, legal
process, or a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property or
safety of our users or the public.

8. ADVERTISING AND YOUR CHOICES

- Consent: if a consent choice is shown to you, your selection controls whether
personalised ads are requested. You can reopen it from Settings > "Ad privacy
settings".
- Reset or limit ad tracking: Android Settings > Privacy / Ads > "Delete
advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation".
- Remove ads entirely: purchase any FormFit Pro plan (Lifetime Pass or 24-Hour
Pass). While Pro is active, no banner, interstitial, rewarded or app-open ads
are shown.

9. DATA RETENTION

- Files you process and their outputs: kept only in device memory and your
device's private app storage while in use; History thumbnails and saved
copies remain on your device until you delete the item or clear History
(History is also capped and older entries are removed automatically).
- Pro entitlement flag and 24-Hour Pass expiry: stored on your device until the
entitlement changes, the pass expires, or you clear app data / uninstall.
- Consent choices: stored on your device by the Google UMP SDK.
- Data held by Google (advertising, billing, diagnostics): retained by Google
according to its own policies and retention periods.

10. DATA SECURITY

Because processing is on-device, your files are protected by your device's own
security (lock screen, app sandboxing, storage encryption). Network requests
made by the SDKs in section 3 are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of
electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

The Google services in section 3 may process data on servers located outside
your country, including in the United States. Google applies safeguards such as
Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. See

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

FormFit is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe
a child has provided information through the app, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]
and we will take appropriate steps.

13. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete,
port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain
processing or withdraw consent.
- Data processed by FormFit on your device: you are in control. Delete History
items, use "Clear History", clear the app's data in Android Settings, or
uninstall the app to remove local data.
- Advertising / identifier data: use the controls in section 8, or contact
Google.
- To make a request to us, or if you are in India and wish to contact our
grievance officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023,
write to [CONTACT EMAIL] / [GRIEVANCE OFFICER NAME AND ADDRESS, IF ANY]. We
will respond within the period required by applicable law.
- EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection
authority. California residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights; we do not
"sell" personal information as defined by law, though advertising activity
may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, which
you can limit using the controls in section 8.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The app and this Policy link to third-party services (Google, ad landing
pages). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are
not responsible for them.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected
by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app
or store notice. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the
revised Policy.
