Membership is totally FREE and there are no charges or donations expected to run with us! It's easy to become a member of our club. The only things we ask are:
You run with us regularly at least once a month (exemptions for medical conditions / injury)
You're able to run 10k at your own easy social pace (regardless of time) without stopping (except to take on hydration and re-group). There are of course exceptions for injury / medical conditions or if you are a returning athlete
