Membership is totally FREE and there are no charges or donations expected to run with us! It's easy to become a member of our club. The only things we ask are:
You run with us regularly at least once a month (exemptions for medical conditions / injury)
You're able to run 5 km at your own easy social pace (regardless of time) without stopping (except to take on hydration and re-group). There are of course exceptions for injury / medical conditions or if you are a returning athlete
It's more fun to run and train with a group than alone!
Run 3 times a week; an easy pace social run, an Interval session, speed or threshold session.
Set time aside each week for either Yoga, Pilates, or Strength & Conditioning
Support local events e.g. parkrun, local races (particularity organised by running clubs), and collaborate with other local running clubs and groups.
