By using Formation App ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is provided for personal and professional dance formation planning use.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Accounts
You may sign in using supported authentication providers.
You are responsible for your own account access and activity.
3. User Data
You are responsible for the project data you create, edit, and store.
The App may store your project data locally on your device and in cloud storage when signed in.
4. Audio Files
The App may allow you to load audio files that you choose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any audio files loaded into the App.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
Deleting your account removes associated cloud data and account access.
6. Availability
The App is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
Features may change, be updated, or removed at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
The developer is not responsible for data loss, service interruption, or damages resulting from use of the App.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including:
Google Sign-In
Supabase
Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
