Diana is one of the Principal Investigators of the Project. She is an Associate Researcher in the Politics department at Newcastle University. Her research has been focused on health and social policies, policy feedback effects, electoral behaviour, corruption and gender effects.
Ellen is one of the Principal Investigators of the Project. She is Professor of Political Sciences at the European University Institute, while on leave from her position as Chair in Comparative Politics at Humboldt Universität Berlin. She has previously held professorships at the University of Konstanz and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She served as Scientific Programme Coordinator for the transnational research programme Welfare State Futures (WSF), launched by NORFACE.
Rebecca is a PhD researcher at the European University Institute. In her thesis, Rebecca focuses on populist opposition behavior in parliament. She is applying different text-as-data approaches with a focus on language complexity. She also conducted a survey experiment on the effect of simple language on citizens.
Eva is a PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge and a researcher in the "Forging Solidarity" project. Her research focuses on electoral behaviour and public opinion in contemporary Europe, with an interest in spatial network analysis and experimental methods. In her dissertation, she studies attitudes towards immigration in Western and Central-Eastern Europe.
Agni is a PhD researcher at City, University of London. Her research interests span several topics in European political economy, focusing on the politics of economic crises and political behaviour.
Lennart is a PhD Researcher at the European University Institute. He contributes to the project “Values in Political Communication”. His doctoral research concerns the effects of flexibilization and fragmentation in labor markets on individuals' political values and attitudes.

Mirko Wegemann is a PhD candidate at the European University Institute. He works on the role of descriptive representation in policy justifications, with a particular interest in experimental methods. His doctoral research project concerns the determinants of issue diversification of challenger parties.
