Forge Room Afrika was incorporated in Kenya in 2019. It is a family business that was constituted as a response to existing and emerging needs in the society. The vision is to be "A resourceful hub in knowledge and skill for the growth and productivity of individuals and organizations."

The Company offers a variety of services through Consultancy. Coaching. Counseling. Mediation. Mentorship. Training. Research. Writing. These services can either be offered virtually or in-person to meet client's unique needs.

The Company's leadership philosophy is guided by:

1. Worship - So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God. (1 Corinthians 10:31).

2. Servant leadership - But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must become your slave. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many. (Matthew 20:26-28).

3. Shepherding attitude - And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them. (Psalm 78:72).

4. Stewardship - Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. (1 Peter 4:10).

5. Eternal perspective - Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness! (Matthew 25:23).
