Return and refund policy

Thank you for choosing ForgePack for your packaging needs.

Because our packaging products are custom-manufactured to your specific branding and dimension requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect order specifications.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within [10] days of receiving your shipment at ssprinters32@gmail.com 03074000628 . Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will review your claim and, if the damage is confirmed as a production defect, we will arrange for a replacement or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations: Once a custom production order has been sent to the press, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all dimensions and design files before finalizing your order.
