(education/support only-not medical nutrition therapy)
(this provides nutrition guidance to support your fitness goals, ex., grocery list ideas, (ingredients for easy meals/meal prep with calorie/macro calculations) , portion guidance, meal timing suggestions, what to eat when eating out etc.)
Strategy Session/Goal setting + $45
(1:1 30 min deep dive into goals, barriers, custom plan adjustments, questions/concerns ) can be in - person, zoom video, or phone call.
Custom SOLO Workout Plan + $50
( one time fee)
A custom plan that conincides with your 1:1 sessions with me that you will complete on your own in your home or gym. (what to do /how long ect.)
