POLICY

• I require a $25 dollar deposit to make your appointment. NO DEPOSIT -NO APPOINTMENTS 

• 15 minutes late , $15 dollars late fee , 30 minutes late ; appointment cancel. payments are accepted by Zelle and cash app. If you can't keep your appointment I need 24 hours notice otherwise I will keep your deposit.

• Customers who do not meet these requirements appt will not be provided . 

• If any changes need to be made to your appointment please notify us at least 24hours in advance in order to avoid additional changes.

• Prices and sevice are subject o change at any time. We refuse the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate.

• Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect. Confidential treatment of your  disclosed health information.
