Forever Lost VR is developed by Simba Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Forever Lost VR on the Meta Quest platform.
Forever Lost VR collects and uses certain information to enable gameplay features and in-app purchases. This information is processed securely by Meta, PlayFab, or Photon. The types of information collected include:
User ID: Used to uniquely identify players for multiplayer, account linking, save progress, and in-app purchases via PlayFab.
User Profile: Includes display name and avatar. Used to show correct player identity in multiplayer sessions and leaderboards.
User Age Group: Used to determine if players are under the age of 13 to enforce age-appropriate features, such as limiting voice chat.
In-App Purchases / Downloadable Content (DLC): Used to verify and apply purchases to the player’s account. We do not store or access payment information.
Session Data: Temporary data for hosting and joining games.
Voice Data: Live communication in multiplayer sessions for voice chat.
We do not sell or share this data with third parties beyond the services necessary to operate the game.
Forever Lost VR uses the following third-party services:
Photon (Exit Games): Provides multiplayer and voice chat. Data is transmitted temporarily during gameplay and not stored permanently.
PlayFab (Microsoft): Manages in-game items, downloadable content, and save data linked to your account.
Meta Platform Services: Handles account authentication, in-app purchases, and device-level data.

All purchases are processed securely through Meta’s system. PlayFab records ownership of purchased content to ensure it remains available across sessions. No billing or financial information is stored or accessed by Forever Lost VR.
Forever Lost VR does not host or store personal information on its own servers. All data handled by Meta, PlayFab, or Photon is encrypted and protected according to their security standards.
