Welcome to ForestKeep. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
ForestKeep is a personal logbook for tree planting and nature activities. It lets you record plantings (date, species, quantity), add short notes about location/conditions, track totals by month/year, and collect lightweight achievements. The app is an organizational tool and not environmental certification, carbon accounting, legal, or forestry advice.
You control everything you add—counts, species names, dates, photos, and notes. You’re responsible for accuracy and for following local laws, land-use permissions, and ecological guidance. When in doubt, consult qualified professionals or organizers of volunteer actions.
Totals, streaks, monthly/yearly histories, and badges (e.g., “10 trees”) are derived from your inputs and may be approximate. They are motivational indicators, not audited reports or credits.
Your records and settings are stored on your device. You can edit or delete entries at any time; clearing or uninstalling the app permanently removes data. If export/import features are provided, you choose the destination—we do not receive exported files.
Reminders (e.g., “Planting day” or “Seedling care”) are local notifications configured on your device. Delivery depends on system settings (Do Not Disturb, battery modes).
Do not use the app to store unlawful or harmful content, or to misrepresent environmental impact. Commercial or multi-user deployments beyond personal use require our prior written consent.
The app’s software, design, and branding are our property or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
Features (achievements, stats, export options) may change or be discontinued without notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
