This Privacy Policy explains how ForestGate VPN (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) handles information when you use our application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

All VPN connections are established solely to provide network routing functionality.

To provide basic app functionality, the App may temporarily and locally process limited technical information, including:
- VPN connection status (connected / disconnected)
- Basic in-app operation states
- Information required by the Android system to establish a VPN connection
This information is not used to identify users, not permanently stored, and not linked to personal identity.
3. Use of Third-Party Services (Important)
The App may use third-party SDKs and services for the following purposes:
- App analytics and performance monitoring
- Crash reporting and stability improvement
- Advertising and conversion measurement, if applicable
Third-party services we may use include:
Firebase (Google)
Used for analytics, performance monitoring, and app stability improvement.
Facebook SDK (Meta)
Used for advertising, ad performance measurement, and conversion tracking.
These third-party services may collect limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies, such as:

- Operating system version
- App usage events
- Advertising identifiers, such as Advertising ID, where permitted by the user
Such data is processed independently by the respective third-party providers. We do not control how these third parties collect or use their data.

We do not share VPN traffic content or personal identification information with third parties.
Any data processed by third-party SDKs is limited to what is necessary for analytics, advertising, or app performance purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the App and its functionality. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
6. Children’s Privacy
ForestGate VPN is not intended for children under the age of 13.
