We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries—direct or indirect—that may result from using the app, including but not limited to missed alerts, inaccurate data, or decisions made based on app content.

3. Data & Permissions

Foreshock stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal data on any servers. The app may request optional permissions (like location and notifications) to function better, but these are not required to use the app.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
