ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Abstracts must be submitted in English and describe substantive scientific results in the field.
Each registrant can submit only ONE abstract for evaluation.
The same abstract cannot be submitted by different participants.
ONLY Abstracts submitted through ONLINE form will be considered.
All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a peer-review Committee. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correctly edited and accurate abstract. Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no scientific data or significant errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts.
Abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book.
Accepted abstracts will be presented in either thematic Oral Sessions or Poster Sessions.
Guidelines for Abstract file:
Use font Arial for your abstract file.
Font size: 14 for the title and 12 for rest of the file
Line spacing: 1.5.
Sequence: Title, List of authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords
Title: Bold and Use Title Case
List of authors: Write full names, (by default, the person registering is considered the presenter)
Affiliations: Write affiliation(s) for each author in the author field.
Abstract: Maximum 300 words
Keywords: use 3-6 keywords that define your research

Size: 36 x 48 inches in Portrait
