ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Abstracts must be submitted in English and describe substantive scientific results in the field.

• Each registrant can submit only ONE abstract for evaluation.

• The same abstract cannot be submitted by different participants.

• ONLY Abstracts submitted through ONLINE form will be considered. 

• All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a peer-review Committee. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correctly edited and accurate abstract. Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no scientific data or significant errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts.

• Abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book.

• Accepted abstracts will be presented in either thematic Oral Sessions or Poster Sessions.

Guidelines for Abstract file:

1. Use font Arial for your abstract file.

2. Font size: 14 for the title and 12 for rest of the file

3. Line spacing: 1.5.

4. Sequence: Title, List of authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords

5. Title: Bold and Use Title Case

6. List of authors: Write full names, (by default, the person registering is considered the presenter)

7. Affiliations: Write affiliation(s) for each author in the author field.

8. Abstract: Maximum 300 words

9. Keywords: use 3-6 keywords that define your research

 Guidelines for presentation

1. Oral presentation Time: 10 minutes

2. Poster presentation

• Size: 36 x 48 inches in Portrait

• Clearly indicate your Poster No. on the left top corner

• Fonts used must be readable from a distance of 5 feet
