Foreman Training

Ace Electric is committed to providing the necessary training for all employees to be successful as current and future leaders of this company. Our Foreman Training Curriculum is designed to help you build your abilities and improve your career - whether you are a seasoned leader or are just starting out in your career.

The Foreman Training Curriculum is a six-month hybrid program that combines face-to-face instruction, monthly Microsoft Teams Meetings, and self-paced modules that employees will complete on their own though Ace University. The program is designed to provide the safety courses, technical skills, and leadership skills with convenience in mind. The program will begin with a 1.5 day in person training referred to as “Transformer” held at the Ace Home Office in Valdosta, Ga. While attending Transformer, students will begin completing the courses outlined in the curriculum to gain Ace Foreman Certification.

All employees that complete the Foreman Training by the designated date will be invited to the Ace University Graduation Ceremony to be recognized for their accomplishments and presented with the Ace Foreman Certificate.
