Just got the same problem today with my 2017 kuga sync 3..
Tried taking the fuse for 5 mins but that hasn't worked. The noise come from the left rear door speaker.
Has anyone fixed this issue please .

The original APIMs for MFT are known to have high failure rates. Thats why Ford did an extended warranty on them (which is expired now btw) but Ford made improvements to the APIMs and they do hold up much better now. Problem with these other sellers is they will use whatever APIMs they can find cheap and use non ford methods of programming them. I only provide the correct latest gen APIM for SYNC2 replacements and program them using the official Ford method which means the latest software and firmware are in them and they are linked/programmed to your vehicle in the official Ford SYNC service registry. I charge $315 plus shipping. I don't have any in stock right now but can track one down if you want.
After I replaced the APIM Module I turned on the radio and had to delete all Bluetooth devices. The prior owner had a lot of phones sync'd to it so after I removed all prior Bluetooth devices it paired my iPhone 8 and my daughters iPhone 8 Plus without any issues.
today my phone finally updated to android 9 and the first thing that broke was Poweramp.
i use my phone connected to my 2016 ford f150 to play music via bluetooth audio (not the android auto app, i hate it). on oreo this worked perfectly. the artist and track name would show up, i'd get a progress bar, everything was gravy.
the moment i got the pie update this all stopped working. now the artists and titles lag behind by a song, and the progress bar doesn't move. if i don't manually advance the song then it will just stay on the same one indefinitely. if i advance the track manually it updates, but lags behind by a song. the audio works flawlessly, but it doesn't show what's playing as it used to.
any ideas? i rebooted the phone and unpaired/repaired the device with sync but to no avail. ff782bc1db
