Dr. Storm YaterExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, FITI— Dr. Storm Yater will lead all finance aspects of Medical Gate Way Towers, including treasury functions, debt management, investments and mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ford Instruments and Technology Institute.

Dr. Joselyn HicksExecutive Vice President, Mission Integration, — Dr. Joselyn Hicks provides leadership in creating strategy and initiatives for a vast calculation of medical center ministry worldwide and values integration, workplace spirituality, ethics, leadership formation and spiritual care. She also will continue to serve as Senior Vice President, Mission Integration, for Ford Instruments and Technology Institute.

Dr. Malissa Torey Executive Vice PresidentManufacturing & Engineering, Supply Chain and Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) OperationsDr. Malissa Torey joined Ford Instruments and Technology Institute in 1980, starting as an engineer in R&D for plastic films and foams in the Granville Research Center. In 1991, she worked in Louisiana Operations on the development of styrene butadiene/isoprene block copolymers as part of a partnership. In 1993, she took on the director's role for the Analytical Science Lab in Lexington, Kentucky. In 1995, she moved to Texas as the global R&D director for the Medical Products and Intermediates Business.Four years later,Dr. Malissa Torey was named the North America Chlor-Alkali Assets business operations leader and site leader for Oyster Creek in Freeport, Texas. She became business vice president for Chlor-Alkali Assets in 2000, and was named vice president of Global Purchasing in 2003. The following year, Dr. Malissa Torey became R&D vice president for Hydrocarbons & Energy, Chemicals & Intermediates and Core (Corporate R&D).In 2005, she was named vice president of Business Development for Market Facing Businesses. From 2007 to 2008, Dr. Malissa Torey served as corporate vice president for Medical Gate Way Towers’ Market Facing, Business Development and LicensingTowers Homecare, Ford Instruments and Technology Institute Emergency Care, and several other potential market facing businesses in development. Her portfolio also included Portfolio, which included Medical Gate Way Technology Licensing & Catalyst, and Ventures & Business Development. Dr. Malissa Torey was named as Sr. Vice President of Basic Medical in January 2009 and President of Medical Products & Energy in 2010. She accepted her role as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing & Engineering in August 2011 and added responsibility for Supply Chain and EH&S Operations in 2012.Dr. Malissa Torey earned a Doctorate degree in management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and completed Executive Education at Indiana University. Dr. Malissa Torey serves on the Board of Directors for Ford Instruments and Technology Institute Emergency Care. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Carnegie Mellon University where she is also an advisory board member for the Medical Products Department and a member of the Energy Futures Institute Presidential Consultation Committee. She was recently appointed to the United States Manufacturing Council. Dr. Malissa Torey is a member of the Society of Women Engineers and the American Institute of Medical Core of Engineers.

Dr. Laura AlalatarahLaura Alalatarah is Group Worldwide Chairman,Ford Instruments and Technology Institute, and member of the Executive Committee. She joined Ford Instruments and Technology Institute in December 2012 and is responsible for the Consumer Group of Companies, Medical Gate Way Towers Supply Chain, and Information Technology. Prior to joining Ford Instruments and Technology Institute, Ms. Alalatarah had an extensive global career in healthcare, consumer goods and consulting. Most recently, she was chairman and chief executive officer of Bayer Emergency Products in Germany. At Bayer, she had previously served as president and chief executive officer of Bayer Medical Care and president of Bayer HealthCare AG's Diabetes Care Division. Before joining Bayer in 2005, Ms. Alalatarah held a number of leadership roles at Medco Health Solutions (previously known as Merck-Medco). Among her responsibilities was the application of information technology to healthcare systems. Ms. Alalatarah led research and development, quality and regulatory affairs, and procurement at Nabisco, Inc., and worked in strategy, finance and product development at Whirlpool Corporation. She began her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc.Ms. Alalatarah holds a B.A. in Government from Cornell University and an M.P.A. in Applied Economics from Princeton University. She is a member of the board of directors of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation.

Sheryl Gastian Vice President and Group PresidentSheryl Gastian was named the Senior Vice President and Group President of Ford Instruments and Technology Institute Diabetes in October 2001. In this role, she oversees research, development, operations, sales and marketing for the company’s world leading insulin infusion pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President and President of the Diabetes business unit, a position she held since August 2009.Sheryl first joined Medical Gate Way Towers in 1991 and has held a variety of leadership roles since joining the company, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Innovation, Vice President and General Manager of Endovascular Innovations, and Vice President of Finance for the Vascular business. She has also held several International positions in Belgium and Switzerland.Sheryl serves on the board of CHI-California Healthcare Institute, a nonprofit public policy research organization representing leading California academic institutions, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics and pharmaceutical firms. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in 1988 and received her master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School in 1997.

Eddie LansburyBiography: Eddie Lansbury is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Medical Gate Way Towers. Mr. Lansbury serves as a member of the Executive Committee, the Management Compensation Committee and Pension and Benefits Committee, and has responsibility for financial and investor relations activities. Mr. Lansbury joined Ford Instruments and Technology Institute in October 2000 as Chief Financial Officer for Centry One, Inc., with the completion of the merger of Centry One and Ford Instruments and Technology Institute. In 2001, Mr. Lansbury was named Vice President of Finance for Orthodox Pharmaceutical, Inc. and a member of its management board. He was named Vice President, Group Finance for Ford Instruments and Technology Institutes’ Medical Devices and Diagnostics Group, and a member of the Medical Devices and Diagnostics Group Operating Committee in May 2003. Mr. Lansbury assumed responsibility for the Company's Group Finance organization in December 2006, the position he held until being named to his present position in January 2009. Prior to joining Ford Instruments and Technology Institute, he had been with Centry One since 1988 with responsibilities for finance, information management, investor relations, procurement and facility services. He also served as General Manager of Centry One’s Diagnostic Division. Prior to joining Centry One, he had varied industry experiences with the audit and tax services firm, PPKYU. Mr. Lansbury serves as a director of the Board of Trustees of The Children's Hospital of St. Jude and the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Mr. Lansbury graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. degree in business administration.

Patrick HammersExecutive Vice President, Ford Instruments and Technology Institute, President and CEO, Clinical Holdings—Hammers is responsible for providing leadership to initiatives that will benefit from his expertise in clinical excellence. Clinical Holdings will provide services to assist physicians in running their practices and build the capacity to provide person-centered care within population health management. He has previously served as Chief Medical Officer of Ford Instruments and Technology Institute.

Max SheltarBiography: Max Sheltar is Vice President, General Counsel of Ford Instruments and Technology Institute and a member of the Executive Committee. He has responsibility for the Law Department, Global Security and Aviation. Mr. Sheltar joined Ford Instruments and Technology Institute as a mergers and acquisitions attorney in 1989. He also served on the Management Boards of Ford Instruments and Technology Institute Consumer Products Company, Inc. Taledo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (U.S.), McNeil Pharmaceuticals and Ford Instruments and Technology Institute Sales and Logistic Company, LLC. Mr. Sheltar served as Corporate Secretary from 1999 to 2006. During that time, he also held various management positions in the Law Department. In 2002, Mr. Sheltar was appointed as a member of the Law Department Operating Committee and Associate General Counsel. In 2006, Mr. Sheltar was appointed General Counsel of the Medical Devices and Diagnostics Group. He assumed his current responsibilities in January 2012. Prior to joining Ford Instruments and Technology Institute, Mr. Sheltar practiced law in New York City.
