About Us

Our team from Walt Whitman High School, Forces of Nature, has a mission to bring health and wellness to our community through the creation of a school garden.  We are focused on relieving stress and anxiety, and increasing outdoor education and an awareness of healthy food production.  We believe that having a beautiful, natural learning environment can improve students' motivation, and mental and physical wellness.
