For you Pro

For You Pro ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile application that analyzes short-form

video drafts and provides feedback before you post them. This policy explains what

data the app handles and how.

1. Information We Process

Videos you choose to analyze.

 When you start an audit, the video you select is

sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our secure cloud service, which forwards

it to Google's Gemini API for AI analysis. Videos are used only to generate your

audit report. We do not build a library of your videos, and uploaded content used

for analysis is automatically deleted from the AI provider's temporary storage

within 48 hours. Your videos are never shared with third parties for marketing,

never sold, and never used to train our own models.

Device identifier. 

The app sends a non-personal device identifier (Android ID)

to our server for one purpose: tracking whether your device has used its one-time

free audit. This prevents abuse of the free tier. The identifier is stored securely,

is not linked to your name, email, or any personal profile, and is not shared with

anyone.

Purchase information.

 Subscriptions are processed entirely by Google Play

Billing. We receive only confirmation that a valid subscription exists. We never

see or store your payment details.

Audit history and settings.

 Your audit reports, scores, and app preferences

(such as theme choice) are stored locally on your device only. Uninstalling the app

deletes them.

App integrity signals. 

To protect our service from abuse, the app uses Google

Play Integrity / Firebase App Check, which sends Google-generated device integrity

tokens with each request. These contain no personal information.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

- No account registration, name, email, or phone number

- No contacts, location, or photos other than the video you explicitly pick

- No advertising identifiers; the app contains no ads and no third-party ad SDKs

- No analytics profiles sold or shared with data brokers

3. Third-Party Services

The app relies on the following processors, each covered by its own privacy policy:

- Google Gemini API (video analysis) — https://policies.google.com/privacy

- Google Firebase / Cloud Functions (secure backend) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

- Google Play Billing (subscriptions) — https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Data Retention

- Analyzed videos: deleted from temporary AI processing storage within 48 hours

- Free-audit device record: retained as long as the free-tier program operates

- Local audit history: under your control; delete it by clearing app data or

  uninstalling

5. Security

All network traffic uses HTTPS encryption. Backend access is protected by API

authentication and Google Play Integrity attestation. API keys are stored in

Google Secret Manager, never in the app.

6. Children

For You Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect

personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access or

delete data we hold. Since the only server-side record we keep is an anonymous

device identifier, you can request its deletion by contacting us with your device

ID (shown in app Settings, if available) at the email below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected

by a new effective date on this page.
