We are For Autistic Empowerment, a student organization at the University of Texas at Dallas. As autistic students, we have each overcome a variety of challenges in order to reach college. The goal of our Mentorship Program is to pass along our success strategies to the next generation of autistic students as they progress through their academic career. To that end, we continue our Mentorship Program, a project geared towards helping autistic high school students and their parents.

There will be two meetings, each on the third Saturday of every month: one starting at 10am, and another starting at 2pm.

During the first 40 minutes, we will discuss a particular topic and give advice based on our experiences. This will be followed by a brief intermission, after which we will address any questions or individual concerns. Parents are required to attend, and will hopefully find our mentorship program just as enriching as the students do!
