Overview

This site provides the instruction to go through the whole process of Human-in-the-loop Frame Blends Nomination System.

Admin's Role

• Control the overall workflow of the human-in-the-loop method

• Serve as a intermediary between nomination algorithms, Rapid Annotator interface and human analysts

• Make major decisions, such as input data and nomination algorithms

Design Doc

This document is a design document for the Human-in-the-loop Frame Blends Nomination System, and also a general user guide for administrators. This user guide aims to provide a general workflow model that administrators can follow to integrate both algorithm nomination and manual decisions in this interactive system. This user guide mainly includes four parts:

• Work with frame blends nomination algorithms

• Work as the intermediary between nomination algorithms and Rapid Annotator

• Work with Rapid annotator interface to collaborate with human analysts

• Other issues

Technical Guide for Running HPC Pipeline

This document is a technical guide for Admin to run a single iteration of human-in-the-loop Frame Blends Nomination System, build the pipeline with Frame Blends labels, and store output on HPC.
