Every year, the Grad Night committee made up of parent volunteers plans a fun filled all-inclusive event for the graduating senior class that provides a drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free all night party on graduation day. This wonderful event is sponsored by many members of the community along with local service groups. Grad Night ALIVE provides a perfect place for these seniors to celebrate their graduation with friends in a fun and safe environment.

EVENT DETAILS
Date: Saturday, June 1, 2024
Location: ARD Gym 123 Recreation Drive, Auburn
Time: 9:00 pm Saturday night through 3:00 am Sunday morning
TICKET PRICE DETAILS
a. Ticket prices are as follows - prices increase as it gets closer to the day of the event
o Now thru April 28th or $60.00 each
o April 29th- May 28th for $80.00 each
b. NO tickets will be sold at the door!
c. Students who need financial help with the price of the ticket should notify their counselor. Everyone can attend!
d. No physical tickets will be issued, a master list with student names will be used during check in at the door, Students MUST have their student ID to get in to the event!
e. No REFUNDS will be given on ticket purchases
GRAD NIGHT DETAILS
a. Only PHS Graduates may attend – no exceptions
b. No money is needed at the event.
c. Students should bring: picture ID, yearbooks, and cameras.
d. Check in begins at 10pm - Grads MUST check in by 10 pm - Doors close at that time. e. Backpacks, purses, bags, and other belongings will be securely stored upon admittance and supervised by parents. Items are always accessible.
f. Parents will be notified if a student chooses to leave before 2:30 am. No re-admits. g. No personal drinks of any kind are allowed inside.
h. Unlimited food and beverages are provided all night long at no additional cost.
ACTIVITIES AND PRIZES
We offer a multitude of activities to entertain the students that includes casino games, DJ for dancing, game zone, picture booth, massage, air brush tattoos and much more! Every senior will have a chance to win some great prizes that will be raffled off all night long! There are 3 Grand Prizes that will be given away some time before 4:00am: These include CASH prizes!!! GRADUATES must be present to win!
