In Loving Memory of Chuck Wood
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dear friend and lodge member, Chuck Wood.
Chuck was more than a member — he was a vibrant part of our community. His warm greetings, easy laugh, and genuine care for others will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Theresa, his family and loved ones during this difficult time. As we come to terms with this loss, memorial donations in Chuck’s name may be made to FOP Lodge #96 at the bar or Stevensville American Legion Post #568.
Chuck’s spirit, friendship, and dedication to the lodge will not be forgotten.
May he rest in peace.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at FOP Lodge #96, 2665 Niles Rd., St. Joseph. A devotion will be led by Rev. Gary Sprunger and Military Rites will be performed by Stevensville American Legion Post #568.

The FOP Lodge #96 charter was signed in 1946. This location was established for the lodge in the 1960s. There have been two additions since then and many upgrades to this lodge. Over the past 75 years, FOP Lodge #96 has significantly impacted the lives of thousands of individuals and organizations through its philanthorpic work and use of the Lodge to mark occasions in the lives of its members and their families. We are committed to provide these services with pride, respect and fairness to all concerned.
