It is better to order one week in advance before the event date, so we can have more time for preparation.

Yes, you can create your own menu. We can work closely with you to design a custom menu that suits your budget and event needs. We enjoy working with our clients to design menus; however, we also offer a broad selection of menu items to choose from.
How do your costings work? Do I need a budget?

Foozi menus are based at a per head cost. However, it is a good idea to have a budget to have a general idea of how much you want to spend per person on your event. We can work within a wide range of budgets, tailoring menus and costs to your event catering requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?

Generally, Foozi allows for events to be rescheduled to a later date at no extra charge, if the rescheduling takes place at least 1 week before the original event date. For outright cancellations please note paid deposits are normally non-refundable.

As soon as you have decided on a rough date of your event or party. The more lead time you are able to provide us the better to ensure time for every detail to be planned. However, if you are in urgent need of catering for an unexpected event, please contact us.
