This Privacy Policy explains how FooTrack ("we," "us," or "our"), developed by Lukas Meili, handles your data when you use our mobile application "FooTrack" ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

FooTrack stores ALL data exclusively on your local device. No data is transmitted to external servers. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers.
The following data is stored only on your device:
Food and drink entries
Activity records
Check-in data (mood, energy, hunger levels, etc.)
Notes and timestamps
FooTrack does not include any third-party advertising, nor do we use tracking or analytics tools that monitor your behavior. We do not sell user data to third parties.
You may export your data as a CSV file using the export function. This data only leaves your device when you actively choose to share it.
You can delete individual entries in the History view. To delete all data, simply uninstall the App. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the App permanently removes all your data.
Under applicable laws (including Swiss DSG and EU GDPR), you have the right to:
Access your stored data (via the App)
Delete your data (via the App or by uninstalling)
Export your data (via the export function)
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times.
Our App is not specifically intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children as we do not collect any personal information at all.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App and on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the new policy.
