This privacy policy applies to the Learn English: Vocab & Grammar app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Footprint.co.in (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include details such as:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)

- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

- The time spent on the Application

- The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

In addition, the Application allows users to provide the following optional information:

- A username or display name for personalization

- A profile picture selected from the device storage

This information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any external server or shared with any third party.

The Service Provider may use the above information to contact you from time to time to provide you with important updates, notices, or promotions.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data (such as username and profile picture) locally on your device for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. No personal data is stored on the Service Provider's servers.

If you would like to delete your user data, simply uninstall the app. If you need further assistance with data removal, you may contact us at support@footprint.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete this information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@footprint.co.in so that we can take appropriate action.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect any information we process and maintain. However, please be aware that no system is 100% secure.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application is considered approval of all changes.
