2025 In - Season Practice Schedule:

Monday - 6:00 am - 7:30 am - meet at the track 

Tuesday - 3:50 - 5:15 - meet downstairs in gym 

Wednesday - 6:00 am - 7:30 am - meet at the track 

Thursday - 3:50 - 5:15 - meet downstairs in gym 

Friday - 6:00 am - 7:30 am - meet at the track 

Saturday - 6:00 am - 7:30 am - at ECMS (Meets Pending) 

*There will be a Saturday Practice where we meet at CFHS for grounds keeping and clean up
