Ecuador Field School
How To Apply
STEP 1: Fill Out an Application
First step is to throw your hat into the ring by filling out an application with a $100 fee. This fee acts as a place holder for your spot in the program. Make sure to fill out the waiver, or we will not be able to complete the process.
The application can be sent as an attachment to: connellsamuel@fhda.edu
The check (payable to "Foothill College") can be mailed or hand delivered to:
Samuel Connell
Department of Anthropology, Foothill College
12345 El Monte Road
Los Altos Hills, CA 94022

Step 2: Final Payment – Due May 31, 2019
As a confirmed member of the Foothill program you are required to complete your $1,000 program fee payment by May 31. If you have already paid the application fee, you will only need to pay the remaining program fee of $900. If we have not received your payment as we near the payment deadline, we will notify you that you are in risk of losing your spot.
Payments can be made by check (payable to Foothill College) or filling out the attached Fee Remittance Slip. If you are waiting for extra funds or scholarship, we will work with you on this calendar.
Mail or hand deliver both the check (made out to Foothill College) and the completed waiver form to:
Samuel Connell
Department of Anthropology, Foothill College

Los Altos Hills, CA 94022
Step 3: Enroll in Courses
Following the full payment of the program fee, you will be allowed to enroll and register in 4 units of Foothill classes as soon as we authorize your enrollment in the summer quarter courses. This will take place in early June.
