Privacy Policy — Matchday 2.0

Matchday Tournament Maker is an offline football tournament organizer by Smarvia Studio. This policy describes version 2.0 and later.
Tournament data on your device
You can enter tournament names, team names and colours, fixtures, kickoff times, scores and results. Matchday saves this information locally on your device, including a previous-save recovery copy. The Home Screen widget reads a local next-fixture snapshot shared with the app through an App Group. We do not receive this tournament data and do not operate a Matchday account or cloud-sync service. Your device backup settings may determine whether Apple includes app data in device backups.
Sharing
When you choose Share, Matchday creates a text or CSV copy of your fixtures and results and opens the iOS share sheet. Only the people or services you choose receive that exported copy. Shared files are snapshots and are not live collaboration. Avoid including information you do not want to share in team or tournament names.
Advertising, analytics and purchases
Matchday 2.0 contains no advertising, advertising tracking, third-party analytics SDK or in-app purchase flow. We do not collect device identifiers or usage data through the app. Apple may process App Store and device diagnostic information under its own privacy settings and policies.
Support and external links
If you email smarviastudio@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send so we can answer your request. Do not send sensitive personal information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and applicable obligations; you can request deletion by email. Opening support, privacy or terms links takes you to external websites governed by their own privacy policies. This policy page is hosted by Google Sites, which may use cookies and process website traffic under Google’s policies.
Deletion and control
You can delete individual tournaments inside the app. Archiving hides a tournament without deleting it. The app maintains a previous-save recovery copy for reliability. Deleting the app removes its local app data; exported copies and any device backups remain under the control of their recipients or your backup provider. We cannot access or delete locally stored tournament data remotely.
Children
Matchday does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Tournament organizers should use appropriate team names and avoid entering or sharing children’s personal details.
Earlier versions
Versions before 2.0 were published as FIFA Match Day / Football Schedule Planner. They could load supplied fixtures from a backend, save preferences and match notes, offer optional reminders and calendar access, and show advertising or purchases. Their data practices differ from Matchday 2.0. Update to 2.0 for the offline organizer described above.
