Abwine LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Football Stamps Android application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares.
INFORMATION WE HANDLE
Information you provide
The App allows you to provide a display name, favorite football team, optional profile image, favorite leagues, match predictions, quiz answers, match moods, and personal match notes.
This information is stored locally on your device. Football Stamps does not require registration and does not create an online user account. Your profile information, avatar, predictions, answers, and notes are not uploaded to Abwine LTD or API-Sports.
Information handled automatically
The App locally records football-related activity and progress, including XP, levels, streak information, achievements, completed stages, timestamps, favorites, and collected match stamps.
To retrieve football schedules, match details, events, statistics, league information, and team or league images, the App connects to API-Sports. Requests may contain the current date, your device-configured time-zone identifier, and identifiers for the football content requested. API-Sports and its content-delivery infrastructure may also receive technical network information such as your IP address, request time, and requested endpoint.
When online data is configured, the App schedules football-data synchronization approximately every six hours, subject to Android’s background scheduling and network availability.
The App does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, crash-reporting services, social login, payment processing, push notifications, or tracking based on an advertising identifier.
Device permissions and access
The App uses internet and network-state access to retrieve football information. Android background-work components may use wake-lock, boot-completion, and foreground-service capabilities to schedule and complete periodic football-data synchronization.
When you choose a profile image, the App uses Android’s system Photo Picker and receives access only to the image you select. When you take a new profile photo, the App launches an external camera application and provides it with temporary access to a private image file. Football Stamps does not request broad photo-library, storage, or camera permissions.
The selected image reference or camera-created image is stored locally. Profile images are not uploaded by the App.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use locally stored information to personalize your profile, display your favorite team and leagues, maintain football predictions and answers, calculate XP and streaks, create achievements and match stamps, preserve notes, and restore your progress between App sessions.
The date, time-zone identifier, football-content identifiers, and technical network information involved in API requests are used to retrieve and display relevant football data, maintain the offline cache, and perform background updates.
SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
We do not sell your personal information.
API-Sports provides football schedules, match results, events, statistics, league information, and related images. It may process technical network and request information according to the API-Sports Privacy Policy.
Football Stamps allows you to share a match stamp through the Android Sharesheet. The shared text may contain team names, the score, your selected mood, and your optional match note. Information is disclosed only to the application or recipient you choose. Your profile name and avatar are not included in the generated share text.
The App currently permits Android backup. If backup is enabled and supported on your device, Android may include locally stored App information in a private backup associated with your Google Account or transfer it directly to another device. Backup behavior depends on the Android version, device manufacturer, and your system settings. More information is available in the Android Auto Backup documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.
External camera, photo-provider, sharing, and backup applications operate under their own privacy policies.
DATA RETENTION
Profile information, image references, camera-created profile images, football favorites, predictions, answers, progress, match stamps, and notes are stored locally without a fixed automatic deletion period. They generally remain until they are replaced, you clear Football Stamps storage in Android settings, or you uninstall the App.
Cached football information may be updated or replaced during synchronization.
Android backups may remain available or restore App information after reinstallation according to your device settings and the backup provider’s retention practices. Information processed by API-Sports is retained according to its own privacy policy.
Abwine LTD does not operate an App-user account database and does not receive or retain the profile, avatar, predictions, answers, or notes stored in the current version of the App.
DATA SECURITY
Football Stamps stores profile and game information in the App’s private Android storage using Room and Preferences DataStore. Camera-created images are kept in an App-private directory exposed to external camera applications only through a non-exported FileProvider with temporary access.
Football-data requests use the API-Sports HTTPS endpoint. Release builds disable HTTP request logging, while the API credential is redacted from supported debug network logs.
No storage method or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should protect access to your device and review its screen-lock and backup settings.
YOUR CHOICES, DATA REQUESTS, AND DELETION
You may use a nickname instead of your legal name, leave the favorite-team field empty, and choose not to add a profile image or match notes. You control when the App accesses a selected image, launches the camera, or opens the Android Sharesheet.
You can edit your display name, favorite team, and profile image within the App. To delete all locally stored Football Stamps information, clear the App’s storage through Android system settings or uninstall the App. You may need to manage or delete Android backups separately through your device or Google Account settings.
The App does not offer or require an online account, so there is no remote App account to delete. Because locally stored information is not available to Abwine LTD, we cannot remotely access, correct, export, or delete it from your device.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Football Stamps is designed for football fans aged 16 and older and is not directed to children under 16. The current App does not provide an account system or upload locally entered profile and game information to Abwine LTD.
If you believe information concerning a child has been provided to Abwine LTD through a support request or otherwise transmitted outside the App’s described operation, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, or our data practices change. We will publish the updated policy and revise the effective date above.
