Football Agent Quiz is an educational quiz app for learning football/soccer agent regulations, transfers, contracts, and licensing knowledge. Master the knowledge needed for football agent licensing exams through interactive quizzes and comprehensive learning materials.
Support
Restore Purchases (iOS)
Open the app
Go to Profile Tab → Tap "Go Premium" button
On the Payment screen, tap "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom
Wait for confirmation message
Restore Purchases (Android)
Open the app
Go to Profile Tab → Tap "Go Premium" button
On the Payment screen, tap "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom
Your subscription will be restored if you have an active purchase
Manage Subscription
iOS:
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Football Agent Quiz
You can view, modify, or cancel your subscription here
Android:
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Football Agent Quiz

Troubleshooting
Premium not unlocked after purchase:
Go to Profile Tab → Go Premium → Tap "Restore Purchases" button
Ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID / Google Account used for purchase
Check your internet connection
Wait a few minutes and try again
If still not working, contact support
Purchase failed:
Check your internet connection
Ensure you're signed in to App Store / Google Play
Verify your payment method is valid
Try again after a few minutes
App issues after update:
Try closing and reopening the app
If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app
Your purchases can be restored using "Restore Purchases"
Can't sign in:
Check your internet connection
Verify email and password are correct
Ensure email verification is complete (check spam folder)
Try signing up with a new account if you don't have one
Profile photo not uploading:
Check internet connection
Ensure photo library permissions are granted
Try selecting a smaller image
Close and reopen the app

Create Account
Open the app
Tap "Sign Up"
Enter your email and password
Complete email verification (check your inbox)
Sign in with your credentials

Email/Password: Traditional sign-in with email and password

Edit Profile
Go to Profile Tab
Tap Edit button (top right)
Change your name or profile photo
Tap Save
Delete Account
Go to Profile Tab → Settings → Account
Tap "Delete Account"
Read the warning message
Confirm deletion
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
Note: Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also request deletion via email at footballagentquiz@gmail.com
