FoodPlus (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects user privacy and explains below how the application handles device permissions and information.
Location Permission (Required for Orders)
FoodPlus uses Google Maps to allow users to select a delivery address when placing an order.
To provide this feature, the application may request approximate or precise location permission so the map can display the user’s current position and help choose an accurate delivery location.
Location is used only during the ordering process and only when the user actively interacts with the map.
Background Location
FoodPlus does not continuously track users in the background.
Location is not used for monitoring movement, analytics, behavioral profiling, or advertising. The app accesses location only when the user opens the map to set or confirm a delivery address.
Data Collection
FoodPlus does not require account registration and does not collect personal identity information such as name, email address, contacts, photos, files, or messages from the device.
The selected delivery location is used only to complete the order and is not stored as a location history.
Data Usage
Location information is used only to:
• Display the user’s position on the map
• Allow accurate delivery address selection
• Process the order request
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user location information.
Location data is not shared for advertising or profiling purposes.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Maps services to display maps and location pins. Google may process location data according to Google’s own privacy policy. FoodPlus does not store or control this data beyond app functionality.
Children’s Privacy
FoodPlus is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
Security
We do not maintain a database of personal location history. Location access occurs only during active use of the map feature.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when required. Updates will be reflected with a revised effective date.
