FoodQuick Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the conditions of use for FoodQuick, the digital recipe and cooking platform owned by Aptül Samet Birinci ("FoodQuick" or "Services"). Your access to and use of services provided via the FoodQuick website, mobile or web-based applications, and/or affiliated products are subject to the terms of this Agreement. By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

This Agreement also incorporates our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. For more information about how we collect and use your data while using our services, please review the relevant policies. Aptül Samet Birinci may update or amend this Agreement at any time, and changes will become effective upon publication on the FoodQuick website or app. We recommend reviewing this Agreement regularly to stay informed. Continued use of the Services after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Services Provided by FoodQuick

FoodQuick offers various service options. While some are available for free, others require advance payment ("Paid Subscriptions"). We may also offer special promotional plans or subscriptions that include third-party products or services. These third-party offerings are not our responsibility.

FoodQuick’s Free and Paid services vary depending on user needs. When signing up, we will explain which service options are suitable for you. If you cancel a Paid Subscription or if it lapses (e.g., due to changes in payment info), you may need to resubscribe to regain access. FoodQuick reserves the right to modify service options in the future, and charges will stop accordingly.

Free Trials

From time to time, FoodQuick or its partners may offer free or discounted trials of Paid Subscriptions for a limited time ("Trial Period"). By using a FoodQuick service during a trial, you agree to the applicable trial terms. Trials are provided to attract new users and showcase features. At the end of a trial, users must switch to a Paid Subscription to continue access.

FoodQuick may offer 3, 7, or 14-day trials. During this period, users can access all features but will not see coupon codes or benefit from promotions.

The trial is valid for the duration selected by the user. If the user does not cancel during the trial, the subscription will auto-renew at full price. Access to all features begins once the payment is processed.

Users can cancel during the trial with no charges. No refunds will be issued after the trial ends and payment is made. Subscriptions remain active until the current billing period ends. Cancellation instructions are available in-app or on the support page. Users are responsible for keeping their payment details accurate and up to date.

Subscriptions

FoodQuick offers auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features.

Free Trial (if available): Free trials may be offered. When the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan unless canceled beforehand.

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly Subscription: $9.99/month
  
  

• Annual Subscription: $99.99/year
  
  

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation.
  
  

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Account Settings.
  
  

• If canceled, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Service Use and License

Services may change without notice. FoodQuick reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part or all of the Services temporarily or permanently.

FoodQuick User License: Subject to this Agreement, FoodQuick grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to download, install, and use the Services on your personal device. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App for any purpose.
  
  

• Transfer, sublicense, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the Services.
  
  

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
  
  

• Make the Services available to multiple users.
  
  

• Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  
  

This license is only valid for personal and non-commercial use of the FoodQuick app and services.

Limitations and Changes

While we aim to keep the app updated and functional, our service offerings may change due to legal, technical, or business needs. For example:

• Temporary outages may occur due to updates, testing, or legal requirements.
  
  

• We may update or remove features, subscription plans, or promotional offers with or without notice.
  
  

• We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet issues, maintenance, or other factors beyond our control.
  
  

These changes are part of our efforts to improve FoodQuick and better serve our users.

Account Registration

To access some services, you must create an account via our app ("Account"). Alternatively, you may sign up using your Apple ID. You confirm that you are authorized to form a binding agreement and not prohibited from using the services under applicable laws.

You will be asked to provide personal information and create a username and password. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Purchases and Billing

When purchasing products or services via the FoodQuick platform, you must provide valid billing information, including credit card and delivery address. This data may be saved to simplify future purchases. You agree to pay all charges based on current prices using your provided payment method.

We are legally required to collect sales taxes, and you authorize us to apply them as appropriate.

All billing information must be accurate and complete. By confirming a purchase, you agree to pay for the items and accept them. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance.

Billing

You may subscribe to a Premium Subscription:

• Monthly or at another disclosed interval by paying in advance; or
  
  

• For a fixed "Prepaid Period" granting access to FoodQuick services.
  
  

Taxes are based on your billing info and applicable rates at the time of charge.

If you subscribe via a third party, additional terms from that third party may apply. If you use a promotional code, gift card, or pre-paid offer, you agree to FoodQuick’s terms.

Price and Tax Changes

FoodQuick may change subscription pricing and taxes and will notify you in advance. Changes apply from the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change implies acceptance. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Taxes are based on your region and may change. These changes will be applied automatically based on your account details.

Subscription Renewals

Payments will auto-renew unless canceled before the current billing cycle ends. Contact customer support for help canceling your subscription. Cancellations take effect after the current billing cycle. No refunds are offered for partial periods unless otherwise specified.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

For subscriptions via Google Play or Apple App Store:

Apple App Store Subscriptions:
Apple manages refund requests. FoodQuick cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases. Contact Apple directly.

Google Play Subscriptions:
As the developer, we can issue refunds. Under legal right of withdrawal, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. A proportional fee may be charged if the service was used.

Paid Subscriptions with Trials:
Your right to cancel ends 14 days after the trial begins. If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription renews and charges apply.

Paid Subscriptions Without Trials:
You may cancel within 14 days. If you used the service, a proportional charge applies. Immediate access to services waives your cancellation rights.

How to Cancel:

• Apple App Store: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

You will retain access until the end of the billing period. Free content remains available.

Abuse and Breach

FoodQuick may terminate your subscription without notice or refund if you:

• Violate the terms of service
  
  

• Commit fraud or misuse
  
  

• Harm FoodQuick or third-party rights
  
  

Sponsored Content and Ads

Some content may be sponsored or contain third-party ads. We may promote our products via subscriptions. Featured chefs or figures may be incentivized to encourage sign-ups.

DMCA / Copyright Policy

FoodQuick respects copyright laws and expects users to do the same. Repeated violators may have their accounts terminated. Refer to our Copyright Policy for more.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Use of the app and its content is at your own risk. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of information obtained via the app.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This app uses AI to generate recipes. While the AI is trained on a large dataset, accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Users should verify safety and correctness before use.

We are not liable for any health issues or damages from using the recipes. By using the app, users accept these risks and assume responsibility.

Coupon Code Disclaimer

The app may publish coupon codes from brands. FoodQuick acts only as a publisher and is not responsible for validity or availability.

Issues must be addressed with the issuing brand. We are not liable for any problems or losses related to coupon use.

Data Sharing

Shopping data may be shared with third parties to improve user experience and offer personalized services. By using the app, users agree to this.

Changes to This Agreement

FoodQuick reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.

Restrictions and Responsibilities

Do not post content that:

• Promotes products/services without permission
  
  

• Is misleading or irrelevant
  
  

• Encourages illegal or harmful activity
  
  

• Contains recalled products or offensive content
  
  

• Violates others’ rights or laws
  
  

You also agree not to:

• Access private areas of our systems
  
  

• Spam other users
  
  

• Use Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
  
  

• Break the law
  
  

• Encourage or assist others in violating these rules
  
  

We may monitor and enforce these terms and cooperate with law enforcement as needed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Unless mandatory laws of your country require otherwise, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. You agree that disputes related to this Agreement will be subject to the courts of the jurisdiction specified, though you may initiate legal proceedings in your country of residence where permitted.
