• In a large bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar until light and creamy.

• Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.

• Add vanilla essence.

• Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda into another bowl.

• Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.

• Mix gently until you get a smooth batter.

• Add pinch of pink food color to the batter and mix gently until the color is evenly distributed.

• You can adjust the quantity slightly depending on the shade you prefer.

• Coat the chopped fruits with 1 tablespoon of flour.

• Fold them gently into the cupcake batter.

• Coating the fruits with flour helps prevent them from sinking to the bottom during baking.

• Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full.

• Bake for approximately 18 to 22 minutes.

• Insert a toothpick into the center of a cupcake.

• If it comes out clean, the cupcakes are ready.

• Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.

• Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla essence until stiff peaks form.

• Add pinch of pink food color and mix gently.

• Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes and decorate with fresh fruit pieces.

• Serve and enjoy!
